- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: Relevant working experience in Railway infrastructure or related fields is mandatory.

- Manager: Below 40 Years
- Dy. Manager: Below 35 Years
💰 Pay Scale (Salary)
Selected candidates will receive a salary based on the IDA Pay Scale:
- Sr. DGM: ₹80,000 - ₹2,20,000
- Manager: ₹60,000 - ₹1,80,000
- Dy. Manager: ₹50,000 - ₹1,60,000
- Asst. Manager: ₹40,000 - ₹1,40,000
